CECINA SECA (Mexican Style Beef Jerky)

Our meats are dried to 75% dryness vs. other average jerky meats which are dried to 50/60%. Our meats contain 16 to17% grams of protein per ounce, the highest content of protein compared to other beef jerky brands. Cecina Seca, has NO preservatives, NO added artificial flavors, is gluten free and contains low sodium. Our Cecina Seca is crispy in texture compared to the others on the market, with no added sauces such as soy, teriyaki, etc. Producing our meats in this way guarantees a much higher meat volume per ounce, as opposed to volume based on meat and added sugars.
